I have a Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics from The University of Vermont and completed my Dietetic Internship post-grad at University of Saint Joseph in Connecticut. My favorite thing about being part of the Care Team at Cylinder is learning each member’s unique story and helping members discover ways they can meet their goals while still enjoying life, food, culture and traditions.

Outside of work, I enjoy teaching exercise & cycle classes at my local gym, playing with my two golden retrievers and practicing piano.
