About me

I have a Bachelor’s degree in Food and Nutrition Sciences from Louisiana State University and completed a post-graduate certification program in Dietetics at North Oaks Hospital. My favorite thing about being part of the Care Team at Cylinder is our member-centered approach to help each individual reach their health goals.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, exploring new scenery, and trying new recipes!
